What changed
Problem
Most work systems split the day across inboxes, notes, meetings, project boards, and chats. The result is the same problem in five places and no clean path to completion.
Build
KUP shaped the workspace around one movement pattern: capture the signal, triage it into the right container, focus the work, then close it with evidence and memory.
Why it matters
The system gives operators and agents the same map. It makes context durable enough that last month's decision can still help today's sprint.
